Harbor is always FREE for families. The senior living communities pay for my services — you never do. There’s no cost and no obligation to work with me.
Will my information get shared or sold?
No. It stays with me. You will never get flooded with calls or emails from multiple advisors.
It’s one advisor — one point of contact — the entire way through.
What areas do you cover?
​I focus only on South & Southwest Denver: Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Centennial, Lone Tree, Parker, Castle Rock, Lakewood, Englewood, and the surrounding neighborhoods.
How fast can this move if it’s urgent?
​Very fast. If you’re in a time-sensitive situation, I streamline everything, prioritize the right communities, and help you move with clarity and calm.
What if my loved one isn’t ready to move?
That’s completely normal. We can talk through timing, options, and how to approach the conversation. There’s no pressure to move before you or your loved one is ready.
How are you different from the big national services?
I’m local, I visit the communities myself, and I only work with a small number of families at a time. You get honest recommendations based on firsthand knowledge — not a call center reading from a database.

What if we change our minds?
Totally fine. Families adjust plans all the time. If things stabilize, if your parent pushes back, or if you just need more time, we shift with you. There’s no pressure, no contract, and no penalty — we move at the pace that makes sense for your family.

You don’t have to figure that out alone. I walk you through the differences between Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing. After we talk through your mom’s situation — mobility, safety, memory, medical needs, and daily support — I help you understand the right fit and why.
